The Reservation is temporarily MIA

FYI for anyone looking for Reservation in kindle format... Amazon has temporarily removed it because it was flagged as pornographic. I have contacted them via email and requested more specific information. They just recently responded so it should be back up soon. Sorry for the inconvenience guys!
